Perfectly located between golf, ocean and lake, it will allow you to spend lazy holidays as well as sports.
The center of Lacanau and the beaches are 3 kms away (all amenities) .The lake is at the same distance, the sailing club is at La Grande Escoure at 5 kms.
The estate is surrounded by three golf courses; indoor and uncovered tennis courts are 800m away as well as a squash court. The horse club is 300m away; the casino 1.5 km.
Bike paths start right out of the domain.
The villa with its 110m2 comprises a ground floor with 2 bedrooms, living room, living room and fully equipped American kitchen. The living room has large bay windows overlooking the pool, the pine forest and the golf course.
